Are they freezer/microwave/oven/dishwasher/sous-vide safe?

Yes! Kappi Silicone Ziplock Bags can be used in all temperatures! Just make sure to remove the sliders before heating however, as they are made of plastic.  

What's the best way to clean them?

Kappi Silicone Ziplock Bags can be cleaned in the dishwasher or simply fold them inside out, rinse clean and stand up to dry.

Are your products durable?

Most definitely. We don't believe in planned obsolescence here at Kappi HQ. Kind of counter-intuitive right? Well, we believe in providing customers with a product that will stand the test of time. We don't want them having to come back and buy the same thing because they loved it but it broke. Rather, we want customers to come back because they love their existing Kappi products and want to further reduce their environmental footprint with something else in our range! Is Silicone biodegradable?

No. But it can be easily recycled. Silicone products can be quickly broken down by specialised recycling companies and repurposed into things like oil for industrial lubricants and mulch for playgrounds. Check with your local council to see if they have a silicone recycling system in place
