Instructions on how to use the Tongue Scraper:

Grasp the handles and run the scraper, with light - medium pressure, from the back of the tongue to the front. Rinse and repeat 5 - 10 time. Wash scraper under water when finished, dry and store in provided organic cotton pouch.
